We believe in getting things right the very first time covering all aspects. However keeping scope for improvement, we do have exchange & return policy in place for only size related issues. For returns pertaining to Size Issues, you can write to us at contact@plussizegarments.com mentioning your specific reason for return. You can return the order and get it REPLACED with the right size.
You need to raise a request for replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. On receiving confirmation email,you need to ship the product back to our warehouse in its original condition with all tags & labels intact. Once we receive the product back, in next 24-48 hrs your order would be dispatched with correct size.
If the tag seal that loops around the label is missing, then the return will not be accepted, and no exchange shall be processed.
