PLUS SIZE GARMENTS is committed to deliver your order with quality & secure packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition & in the shortest span of time, we have tied up with reputed logistics providers of India.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details of the shipment via email.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.

Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you can sign in to your account and go to my orders. There, click on My Orders and then click on track order. You will see all the updates on your shipment.

Orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours. Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details of the shipment via email.

We charge ₹ 150 as a shipping fee on orders below ₹1999. All orders above ₹1999 are shipped free.

You can pay via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Mobile Wallets or UPI.

Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.

Our courier partner will contact you for the delivery of your order. The courier person may contact you on your mobile regarding delivery.

If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to us. You can request for it to be re-ordered either by you or from our end, depending on your availability. (Please note that in this case the shipment will be paid by the customer only.)
